We joy in the Christmas
Season. God is for us and who can be against us? The Savior reigns and we reign
with Him. God has given to us and so we give ourselves to others.
God has set a Table before us in the presence of our
enemies. We eat and drink and celebrate the coming of our Messiah, His life,
His death, His resurrection, His Ascension and His rule, and we look to our
Resurrection on the last day.
This is all part our inheritance in the Lord Jesus, our
Emmanuel, God with us. We are a thankful people and we are blessed beyond our
ability to comprehend the magnitude of the blessing. Glory be to God in the
highest. Let us rejoice and give thanks.
