Our
gracious Father, You have created us. You have made us a people and established
us. You have given the nations their inheritance and made Your people Your
portion. You have gathered us from the desert lands and saved us from the
howling waste of the wilderness. Like an eagle that stirs up its nest, that
flutters over its young, spreading out its wings, catching them, bearing them
on its pinions, You, O Lord, alone, are our guide. Now and ever after, we
praise You Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen.
